Job Description and Activity Details **Job Objective** Provide technical support and ensure the proper operation of the company’s technology infrastructure, guaranteeing system continuity, information security, and timely service to users. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide first- and second-level technical support to users (hardware, software, and networks). * Install, configure, and maintain computing equipment, printers, and peripheral devices. * Administer and support operating systems (Windows, macOS, and/or Linux). * Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi). * Manage user access, accounts, and permissions (Active Directory, email, internal systems). * Assist in the administration of physical and/or virtual servers. * Track incidents and requests using ticketing systems. * Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and information backup procedures. * Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary. * Document procedures, configurations, and technical solutions. Experience and Requirements **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Experience: 2 to 4 years in a similar role (IT Specialist, IT Support, Systems Support). * Experience supporting internal users. * Availability for after-hours incident response (desirable).
