




Requirements: * Degree in Systems Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related field. * Availability of time. * Minimum one year of relevant work experience. * Knowledge of ISO/IEC 20000 and process management. * Experience in process documentation. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and quality orientation. ACTIVITIES: * Document processes, manuals, policies, and procedures aligned with IT service standards. * Collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of the IT Service Quality Management System (QMS). * Promote continuous improvement and a quality culture within the organization. * Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits of the IT Service Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 20000 or related IT service standards. * Identify and propose continuous improvements to IT processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors. * Monitor change controls that may affect operations through established change management processes. * Support internal training on ISMS requirements and ISO/IEC 20000. * Strictly control the confidentiality of information collected in security systems and software systems. • Verify that all types of maintenance for security systems or software are properly tracked.
