Respond to critical incidents and continuously improve processes. **Job Objective** Administer and maintain the company’s system infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of servers, networks, and IT services, with the ability to adapt, innovate processes, and respond to critical incidents. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer and maintain physical and virtual servers. * Operate and supervise Sites / Data Center infrastructure. * Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. * Implement and operate data backup and recovery mechanisms. * Monitor services, applications, systems, and databases. * Administer access controls, firewalls, and security software. * Address technical requests for server and application access. * Manage corporate technology resources (email, internet, telephony). * Respond to **critical incidents**, including after-hours support when necessary (occasional). * Support documentation and process improvement within the department. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in systems or infrastructure administration. * Knowledge of: * LAN / WAN networks * Operating Systems (Windows / Linux) * Server administration * Patch management * Storage devices (SAN / NAS) * Monitoring tools * Basic English (technical reading). * Availability to respond to incidents outside regular working hours, if required. * Ability to work in dynamic environments with evolving processes and constant change.
