




Position Summary: We are seeking an Information Technology Engineer with experience in the operation and support of technological infrastructures, focused on resolving incidents and improving processes. An Information Technology Engineer with solid foundational knowledge in networking and cybersecurity concepts, oriented toward general technological infrastructure operation and support. Must have experience in operating system administration and support; basic server knowledge is desirable. Must have experience or familiarity with Managed Print Services (MPS), as well as customer service—including device configuration, print queues, policies, and monitoring.
