Specialized technical support for IP telephony solutions At Comunícalo de México, we are looking for an **IP Telephony Operations and Implementation Engineer** with experience in VoIP solutions and enterprise communication platforms to join our technical team. **Job Objective** Provide specialized technical support for IP telephony solutions at both carrier and enterprise levels, to operate, maintain, and support customers' and internal platforms' IP telephony services. Main Responsibilities Solution architecture, project handling and follow-up based on IP telephony Service provisioning Technical support and operations for services with customers and internal platforms Coordination with internal departments for implementation of new projects. **Requirements** Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 2 years of experience in support or implementation of IP telephony-based services. Proven experience in VoIP / IP telephony. SIP protocol proficiency (experience interpreting call traces) Experience with one or more of the following platforms: IPPBX Cloud Asterisk Issabel Elastix FreePBX 3CX Configuration of IP phones, gateways, ATAs, and IPPBXs.
