Active collaboration in resolving operational incidents. ***Inventory Coordinator*** **Job Objective:** To control and manage physical and system (WMS) inventory, ensuring accurate item location, recording, and reconciliation within the fulfillment warehouse, minimizing discrepancies and order-filling risks. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Support cyclic and comprehensive physical inventory counts. * Validate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. * Control inbound and outbound transactions in WMS. * Review incorrectly assigned or mis-picked locations. * Identify potential causes of discrepancies (e.g., receiving errors, picking errors, returns processing errors). * Generate basic inventory reports. * Track incidents with the operations team. **Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of any WMS. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (filters, basic pivot tables, simple lookups). * Prior experience in e-commerce operations or high SKU turnover environments is desirable. * Young, dynamic profile with willingness to perform hands-on operational work on the warehouse floor. **KPIs** * Inventory accuracy (target ≥ 99%). * Number of incidents identified vs. resolved. * Adherence to scheduled inventory counts. * Response time to inventory discrepancies. **Key Competencies** * Extreme organizational discipline. * Attention to detail. * Honesty and accountability. * Logical analytical ability. * Willingness to identify errors—even those made by the operations team.
