We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth. **Objective:** Ensure computer equipment operates efficiently—both software and hardware—through optimal monitoring to extend its lifespan, while safeguarding organizational cybersecurity and ensuring regulatory compliance. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field in computer systems. * English proficiency: 70%–80% * Basic or advanced knowledge of programming, networking, SQL, HTML * Proactive attitude * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Job Responsibilities:** * **Account and access management**: Create and manage email accounts, passwords, and user accounts within the organization. * **Equipment maintenance**: Conduct periodic equipment inspections and maintain hardware inventory control. * **Information security**: Update cybersecurity policies, manage vulnerabilities, and issue security alerts. * **Technical support and assistance**: Provide technical help to staff to resolve computer-related issues. * **Development and administration of tools**: Develop and manage IT tools required by the organization. * **Monitoring of suspicious activities**: Monitor and analyze unusual system activities. * **Computer equipment management**: Prepare accountability documents and perform equipment configurations, such as resetting devices and installing software. * **Other duties** related to the position.
