Work Experience Requirement: 2 years of experience in teaching program design. General Position Objective: Design and develop learning experiences and instructional materials to ensure knowledge transfer through the application of pedagogical instructional methodologies and techniques. Functions / Responsibilities: 1. Develop general instructional learning materials for all company brands (VALOR) Create multimedia content (videos, infographics, presentations). • Adapt materials to different user profiles. Design instructional structure (modules, units, sessions). Review and validate instructional content. Gather and translate technical knowledge into instructional formats. 2. Support the operational training and awareness program (VALOR) • Support operational staff training. Develop informative and training materials on quality policies, practices, and processes. • Monitor compliance with the operational area’s training program. Collaborate with the DO department. Other / Additional Knowledge: Instructional content development, creation of operational manuals, infographic creation, knowledge of interactive multimedia content, basic knowledge of a Learning Management System (LMS), use of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Technical Knowledge: Instructional design and content development for the restaurant industry. Video, audio, and image editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Genially, Canva, Audacity, etc.). Knowledge of e-learning platforms or LMS / Learning Management Systems. Use of tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CANVA. Expert copywriting standards.
