Their perspectives, local expertise, and cultural insights drive creativity and innovation, making talent our most critical competitive advantage. **We Are Looking for an Influencers Supervisor** **What You’ll Do:** * Supervise and manage the full influencer campaign lifecycle—from strategy through execution and analysis. * Identify, research, and recruit the most suitable influencers aligned with brand objectives. * Negotiate terms and conditions with influencers or their representatives, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. * Develop and guide influencer content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and aesthetics. * Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate detailed reports on results and insights. * Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with talent and influencer networks. * Manage the budget allocated to influencer marketing initiatives. **Required Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations. * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing or similar roles within agencies or brands. * Deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, social platforms, and influencer campaign management tools. * Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills. * Analytical ability to interpret data, measure campaign ROI, and produce actionable reports. * Familiarity with best practices and regulations in influencer marketing. * Advanced English. **What We Offer:** Hybrid work model. ‍‍ Work equipment.
