Build your future with us. **Job Mission:** Ensure the proper functioning of in-store systems and equipment by providing efficient technical support to users. **Job Functions:** We are seeking a technology-passionate professional to provide in-store technical support, ensuring the proper operation of systems and equipment. You will be responsible for addressing incidents, performing preventive maintenance, and guaranteeing operational continuity at the point of sale. Note: This position is located at Sodimac La Cima, situated on Av. Juan Gil Preciado, just a few blocks from Arcos de Zapopan Station on Line 3 of the Light Rail. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to in-store users. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. Configure and update internal systems. Coordinate with central departments to resolve incidents. **Requirements:** Technical or university degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Technical support experience (1 year preferred). Knowledge of networks, operating systems, and office tools. Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
