**Objective** Support the **planning, coordination, and supervision** of HVAC installation execution in high-end residential projects, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with **drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards**, as well as current regulations. **Track physical progress versus schedule**, support **cost control**, prepare reports, **generators, estimates, and project closeout**, ensuring clear communication with crews, suppliers, and internal clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop front-based work plans (weekly/daily), resource allocation, and targets, coordinated with the master schedule and critical path. * Supervise HVAC installation according to drawings, isometrics, and specifications. * Manage estimates and generators, physical vs. financial progress, and site logbook (incidents, changes, photographs). * Ensure safety and compliance (NOM-STPS, local regulations), work permits, and PPE. * Coordinate procurement with Purchasing/Warehouse (requisitions, delivery notes, returns, tool control). **Profile** * Degree in Hydraulic, Mechanical Engineering or related field * 2+ years supervising HVAC installations in Luxury Residential projects * Experience in construction or similar sectors * Ability to read drawings/isometrics, codes and specifications; generators/estimates; basic ERP knowledge (desirable); understanding of proper HVAC system installation * Basic Excel/AutoCAD Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site
