




Job Summary: Support labor administration, social security, payroll, and compliance activities, contributing to the work environment and organizational culture. Key Highlights: 1. Support in labor administration and personnel documentation 2. Management of social security systems such as IMSS and IDSE 3. Participation in improving the work environment and internal events **Main Responsibilities and Functions** **Labor Administration** * Support in drafting and managing employment contracts and personnel documentation. * Compilation and updating of employee files. * Support in complying with current labor regulations. **Social Security** * Registration, termination, and salary adjustments with IMSS. * Management of the **IDSE** system for affiliation-related transactions. * Follow-up on matters related to **Infonavit** (deductions, retention notices, etc.). * Support in clarifications or responses to requests from social security institutions. **Payroll** * Recording and tracking of payroll incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, leaves, etc.). * Support in validating information for the payroll process. * Control and tracking of documentation related to employee payments. **Compliance and Clients** * Support in drafting and monitoring service provision contracts with clients. * Document control to fulfill obligations before **REPSE**. * Compilation and updating of documentation requested by clients. **Work Environment and Organizational Culture** * Support in organizing internal events and celebrations for employees. * Participation in team-building and work environment improvement activities. * Support in internal communication or employee wellness campaigns.
