




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with tactical vision, legal expertise, and strong conflict-resolution skills to manage personnel. Key Highlights: 1. At **OMEM**, we are looking for a **Human Resources Generalist** with tactical vision, in-depth knowledge of labor legislation, and exceptional conflict-resolution capabilities. In this role, you will serve as the anchor for personnel administration: taking over once Talent Acquisition selects candidates, ensuring proper hiring, effective onboarding, accurate payroll processing, and maintenance of a healthy, legally compliant work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Synergy and Onboarding:** Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to execute corporate onboarding strategy and coordinate institutional training for new hires. * **Payroll and Social Security Oversight:** Supervise and validate pre-payroll and payroll calculations. Coordinate actions with IMSS (registrations, cancellations, modifications) and ensure correct use of government platforms (SUA, IDSE). * **Labor Relations and Mediation:** Address, document, and resolve labor conflicts. Implement disciplinary measures and conduct separation processes (final settlement/liquidation calculations and exit interviews) ethically and strictly in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * **Regulatory Compliance (STPS):** Monitor compliance with current regulations, maintain audit-ready personnel files, and manage joint committees (Occupational Safety & Hygiene, Training). * **Development and Work Environment:** Support implementation of internal policies, performance evaluations, and talent retention strategies. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. * **Experience:** 2–4 years of solid experience in end-to-end personnel administration, payroll control, and—most importantly—labor relations. * **Technical Knowledge:** Practical mastery of the Federal Labor Law. Familiarity with payroll/ERP systems and government portals. * **Key Competencies:** High emotional intelligence, firm yet tactful negotiation skills, sound decision-making ability, analytical thinking, and strict confidentiality.
