This position contributes to maintaining full staffing levels, proper documentation, and effective team integration. Reports directly to the Operations Director. **Responsibilities** * Recruitment, interviews, and hiring of personnel. * Coordination of onboarding for new hires. * Maintenance and updating of personnel files. * Attendance tracking, role monitoring, and overtime management. * Support in training and employee assistance. * Distribution of uniforms and management of basic inventory. * Administrative support for Human Resources matters. **Requirements** * Technical high school diploma or related degree. * 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources. * Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel. * Organizational skills, effective communication, and teamwork. * Proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Personal vehicle and willingness to travel occasionally. **What We Offer** * Monthly net salary of 14,000 to 18,000 pesos. * Job stability. * Training and growth opportunities. * Positive work environment. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Occasional Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (at least one per month).
