Support talent development and labor relations initiatives **HR Coordinator** **Location: Parque Industrial Castro del Río, Irapuato, Gto.** We are looking for a proactive, people-focused **Human Resources Coordinator**, responsible for overseeing and strengthening HR processes, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor legislation, and promoting a positive, high-performance workplace culture. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and the company’s internal policies. * Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. * Promote a culture of growth, collaboration, accountability, and employee commitment. * Develop, analyze, and monitor HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities. * Support talent development, labor relations, and operational efficiency initiatives. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in a Human Resources role. * Solid knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law**. * Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. * **Advanced English** ### **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, **8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.**
