We are seeking: **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration * Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills * Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support logistics for training events. * Administer the annual training program. * Coordinate onboarding training for new employees. * Maintain up-to-date physical employee files and training Kardex records. * Manage, track, and distribute work uniforms to staff. * Track and manage payments to training providers. * Monitor and manage career development plans for operational staff (Theoretical / Practical). * Provide targeted support on HR-related matters affecting staff. **WE OFFER:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. * Base salary: $17,000 monthly, pre-tax. * Statutory benefits from day one * Life insurance If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team as a **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT**, we invite you to submit your application!
