




Job Objective As a Home Collection Manager, you are responsible for validating the data of customers who apply for credit, as well as establishing payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. Main Responsibilities Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and validate the information provided in their applications. * Understand customers’ needs to provide them with the best solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. * Deliver service with respect and courtesy to our customers. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using the required and necessary protective equipment. Profile Experience in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales. * Motorcycle operation. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Mobile device proficiency. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. We Offer Weekly base salary of $ 2,500\. * Weekly commissions ranging from $500 to $ 3,500\.00 * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing according to seniority.
