




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in help desk and customer service to resolve system and hardware issues, and provide support for MS Office, O365, and Windows. Key Responsibilities: 1. Troubleshooting of systems, hardware, printers, and peripherals. 2. Support for MS Office Suite, MS O365, Teams, SCCM, Windows 10 and 11. 3. Experience with ticket management systems. Magdalena Contreras Requirements: Relevant degrees: Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology. Minimum required experience: 2–4 years in help desk; 2–4 years in customer service. Troubleshooting related to hardware systems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Experience supporting MS Office Suite, MS O365, Teams, SCCM, Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments. Experience with ticket management systems. Advanced English proficiency (CEFR Level C1). We offer: $22,000 gross monthly salary + $1,000 food vouchers. Statutory benefits; Flexible on-site working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
