**LOOK AT is seeking a Graphic Designer in El Marqués, Querétaro** ------------------------------------------------------------ **Job Responsibilities:** * **Graphic Design:** o Create visual design proposals for campaigns and digital and physical materials: banners, advertisements, commercial presentations, social media content, website graphics, landing pages, and emails. o Adapt graphic campaigns to different formats and channels: digital, presentations, print, events, ebooks, catalogs, and infographics. o Design printed materials as required: brochures, flyers, technical datasheets, business cards, signage, etc. o Develop dynamic graphic resources such as short videos, animations, reels, gifs, and visual presentations. o Design graphic materials for the content calendars of Rack\-T, Elevani, and Industrializa\-T, primarily for LinkedIn and Meta, following strategic guidelines defined by marketing. o Design and assemble email campaigns (programming them is desirable). o Provide graphic coverage for installations, trade shows, events, and brand activations: photography, video, and visual materials. o Optimize and update existing graphic materials to keep them aligned with strategy and visual trends. * **Marketing Support** o Collaborate with the marketing team on the visual development of campaigns, product launches, promotions, and commercial materials. o Interpret strategic briefs and translate them into clear and effective visual assets. o Ensure visual consistency across the group’s three brands. Analyze design trends and apply them appropriately within the industrial and B2B context. **Requirements:** * Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with design platforms such as Canva and use of AI-powered design tools. Knowledge of animated content creation and editing: video, basic motion, gifs. Knowledge of social media and digital format design. Use of email campaign tools. Intermediate-level knowledge of photography and video, including editing.
