




Job Summary: We are seeking a Google Workspace Support Technician to ensure the operation and adoption of the Google suite within a government agency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle technical support requests exclusively for Google Workspace. 2. Administer the Google Workspace console and configure security policies. 3. Guide and train users on collaboration and productivity tools. About the Position We are looking for a **Google Workspace Support Technician** to provide on-site support to staff at a government agency in Puebla. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and adoption of Google Workspace as an institutional productivity and collaboration tool, as part of a technological modernization project. Main Responsibilities * Handle end-user technical support requests related exclusively to Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, Vault, etc.). * Administer the Google Workspace console: account management, organizational units, groups, roles, licenses, and security policies. * Configure and maintain email rules, anti-spam filters, message routing, and institutional distribution lists. * Support secure authentication management: two-step verification (2FA), SSO, and conditional access policies. * Guide and train users on using Google suite collaboration and productivity tools. * Monitor the status of Workspace services and escalate incidents to second-level support or Google support when necessary. * Document incidents, applied solutions, and procedures in the project’s logbook or ticketing system. * Coordinate with Pulsen’s technical team to ensure integration of Workspace with the client’s cloud infrastructure. * Participate in knowledge transfer activities for the client’s technical staff. Requirements **Mandatory:** * Minimum 1 year of experience administering or providing support for Google Workspace (formerly G Suite). * Proficiency with the Google Workspace administration console. * Solid knowledge of Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Chat, and collaboration tools. * Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with non-technical users. * Availability to work **on-site in Puebla, Pue.** **Desirable:** * Google Workspace Administrator certification. * Experience in government or public sector environments. * Basic knowledge of DNS, domain management, and institutional email (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC). * Familiarity with ticketing tools (Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira or similar). Working Conditions * **Work Mode:** On-site in Puebla, Pue. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. * **Salary:** $15,000 – $17,000 MXN per month **net** * **Contract:** Fixed-term – **1 year** (with possibility of renewal) * **Start Date:** Immediate Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
