Sales project and strategy development GRUPO ANDRADE A premium automotive dealership seeking talent for the role of: **"PRE-OWNED VEHICLES MANAGER"** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry · Prior experience in this position · Leadership skills · Team management experience · Results-oriented approach and KPI management **KNOWLEDGE:** · Automotive industry expertise · Digital platform proficiency · Objection handling · Sales force management · Negotiation skills · Excellent handling of premium customers **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Apply brand product knowledge and benefits in conjunction with sales strategies · Develop projects and plans to generate sales and expand the dealership · Handle internal administrative procedures · Participate in various training courses for skill development and career growth · Monitor sales processes, policies, and customer satisfaction · Promote and increase product sales through commercial strategy · Digital market knowledge · Ability to integrate and lead goal-oriented teams **WE OFFER:** · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM · Base monthly salary plus commissions · Statutory benefits from day one (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation bonus, social security) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
