Position Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform basic electrical maintenance, plumbing, painting, and support electromechanical technicians in a dynamic environment. CBRE is the world’s leading firm in real estate consulting, marketing, and property and facilities management. **General Maintenance Technician.** Location: Ciudad Juárez (Río Grande Mall) Monthly rotating shifts: Morning shift 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; Afternoon shift 2:00 PM–9:30 PM; Rotating weekly day off during weekdays. **Requirements:** Completed junior high school or high school diploma. 1–2 years of experience as a general maintenance technician. **Responsibilities:** * Basic electrical maintenance. * Use of multimeter and basic hand tools. * General maintenance tasks including plumbing repairs, painting, lock replacement, hydro-sanitary maintenance, and reverse osmosis systems (drinking water filtration), as well as support for electromechanical technicians when required. **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the world’s leading commercial real estate services and investment firm driving progress for businesses and individuals.
