Teamwork and problem solving BUILDING MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure the proper operation, preservation, and repair of building facilities, maintaining optimal conditions of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities \* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on: \* Electrical installations \* Hydraulic and sanitary systems \* Painting and finishing works \* Carpentry and locksmithing \* Electromechanical installations · Supervise the operation of elevators, water pumps, lighting systems, swimming pool, spa, padel court, gym, etc. · Respond to reports and provide timely solutions. · Conduct periodic building inspections. · Carry out preventive maintenance tasks. · Coordinate with external vendors when specialized services are required. · Maintain tools and materials in good condition. · Comply with safety and hygiene regulations. REQUIREMENTS Education · Completed secondary or high school education (technical training in maintenance, electricity, or related fields is preferred). Experience · Minimum 1–2 years of experience in general building maintenance, condominiums, offices, or similar facilities.
