Experience in chain hotels **Responsibilities:** * Welcome guests and provide information to hotel guests and external customers. * Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures. * Handle cash and/or banking terminals; enter reservation and room charge information into the OPERA system. * Provide direct service to guests and external customers. * Follow up on maintenance requests, housekeeping services, and restaurant room service requests initiated from guest rooms. **Requirements** * OPERA System operation. * Advanced English. * Experience in chain hotels.
