Birthday day off **Flexographic Printing Machine Operator** **A reputable company** is looking for experienced **Flexographic Printing Machine Operators** to join our team. **Please read the full job posting before applying.** **Work location: CD GRANJA ZAPOPAN CP. 45010** **Requirements:** --------------- * **Education:** Completed junior high school (verifiable). * **Minimum experience:** 1 year in a similar position with machinery operation. * **Availability to rotate shifts.** * **Experience operating flexographic printing machinery (please review the machines we operate).** ### **Machinery operated:** * **Mark Andy** * **P4, P5, Evolution Series** * **Nilpeter 3300 FB** * **Rotoflex** **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** ---------------------------------------------- * Complete production orders on time and as specified, ensuring **quality and waste control**. * Record and update data on production orders and **tool inventory cards**. * Report incidents to supervisors and authorize production start-ups. * Review order specifications and conduct **die-cutting tests**. * Maintain the work area **clean and organized**. * Adjust inks on press and mount cylinders where applicable. * Safeguard and maintain tools assigned to the press (anilox rolls, doctor blades, doctor rolls, etc.). * Meet the **production and quality targets set by the company**. **Rotating Shifts:** ----------------------- * **Morning shift:** 6:00 am to 2:00 pm * **Afternoon shift:** 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm * **Night shift:** 9:00 pm to 6:00 am **We Offer:** -------------- * **Monthly base salary according to category and experience: Type A Press Operator:** $19,000 to $29,000 gross. (Operators handling the aforementioned machines) * **Type B Press Operator:** $15,554 to $18,000 gross. (Experience with flexographic printing machines) * **Type C Press Operator:** $12,305 to $14,000 gross.
