Validates current vehicle documentation and controls fuel. **Fleet Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** A growing company is looking for a **Fleet Maintenance Supervisor**, responsible for coordinating and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles to ensure their proper operation and compliance with current vehicle documentation. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement the **physical-mechanical, electrical, thermos, and transmission maintenance program** for vehicles. * Prepare **service quotations and scheduling** with suppliers and workshops. * Transport vehicles for maintenance and track completed services. * Process **payment requisitions** arising from maintenance services. * Verify that **vehicle documentation** is current (inspections, registrations, insurance, and permits). * Maintain **fuel records, service logs, and maintenance performance indicators**. * Administer **fleet management and unit control systems**. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Transportation or related field (mandatory)** * Intern, graduate, or final semester student. * Knowledge of: * Basic and advanced automotive mechanics * Preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance * Traffic and transportation regulations * Fleet management * Fuel control * Vehicle documentation (insurance, inspections, permits) * Experience in **negotiating with suppliers and workshops**. * Proficiency in **Excel (80%)** and technological tools. * Proficiency in **PC, mobile devices, and vehicle maintenance tools**. **Work Schedule** **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Saturday:** 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Work Location:** Campesinos 122, Col.
