Key Responsibilities * **Design and Planning:** Create detailed drawings (AutoCAD 2D and 3D) for fire detection, suppression, and extinguishing systems. * **Project Management:** Conduct site surveys, prepare accurate quotations, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * **Specialized Maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps (electric and diesel), control panels, and clean agent or CO2 suppression systems. * **Installation and Commissioning:** Install and commission kitchen fire suppression systems (Ansul, Kidde, Buckeye, etc.) and other equipment. * **Documentation:** Interpret DTI and electrical diagrams to ensure proper system operation. * **Safety:** Ensure compliance with safety protocols for work at heights and in confined spaces. Requirements * **Education:** Degree as **Engineer or University-Level Senior Technician in Electrical Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field**. * **Experience:** Minimum of **5 years** in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire protection systems. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Fire pump systems. * Fire detection, monitoring, and suppression systems (clean agents, CO2). * **NFPA** and **FM Global** standards. * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD (2D and 3D)** and Microsoft Office. * **Additional Skills:** * Experience in welding and cutting operations. * Knowledge of the **5S methodology**. * **Willingness to travel** We Offer * **Competitive Salary:** Gross monthly salary of **$15,000 to $18,000**, negotiable based on experience. * **Benefits Exceeding Legal Requirements:** In addition to statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium), we offer [specify if food vouchers, savings fund, life insurance, etc.]. * **Work Environment:** Opportunities for **professional growth** and a collaborative team.
