Key Responsibilities * **Design and Planning:** Create detailed drawings (AutoCAD 2D and 3D) for fire detection, suppression, and extinguishing systems. * **Project Management:** Conduct site surveys, prepare accurate quotations, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * **Specialized Maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps (electric and diesel), control panels, and clean agent or CO2 suppression systems. * **Installation and Commissioning:** Install and commission kitchen fire extinguishing systems (Ansul, Kidde, Buckeye, etc.) and other equipment. * **Documentation:** Interpret DTI and electrical diagrams to ensure proper system operation. * **Safety:** Ensure compliance with safety protocols for work at heights and in confined spaces.
