The person in this role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified talent to fill operational positions across different regions of the country, ensuring adherence to quality standards and established timelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and channels. * Review resumes and conduct telephone or virtual interviews. * Coordinate and manage interviews. * Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the entire process. * Ensure compliance with selection procedures (system tracking and offer letter generation) and internal policies. * Create digital and physical personnel files. **Requirements:** * Prior recruitment experience, preferably in the construction sector. (Desirable) * Knowledge of talent selection and assessment techniques. (Fieldwork, job fairs, job portals, social media, etc.) * Ability to work nationwide, managing multiple processes simultaneously. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Willingness to travel for periods of 5 to 20 days. * Valid driver’s license.
