We value our employees as fundamental assets and strive to foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment where everyone can grow and thrive. **What will you do?** Perform technical tasks related to equipment and building maintenance and repair, including: electrical installations, plumbing and sanitary systems, civil works, painting, parking lot cleaning, metalwork, shopping cart washing, advertising placement, plumbing work, general repairs, etc. * Store infrastructure tasks (painting, basic electricity, masonry and drywall, plumbing and drainage, general cleaning, palm tree pruning, gardening, general repairs, and preventive roof maintenance, etc). * Monitor compliance with established preventive maintenance programs. * Adapt to relocations and schedule changes according to company needs. * Perform additional tasks assigned related to facility operations and maintenance.
