**We are looking for new talent, so we invite you to join our team—apply if you meet the following profile.** **POSITION:** CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT WITH KNOWLEDGE IN FACILITIES, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, ELECTROMECHANICAL, AIR CONDITIONING, HIGH AND MEDIUM VOLTAGE, ETC. **Education:** Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer, to work directly on-site. **Valid Driver’s License Required** **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday to Saturday Availability to work on various construction sites. **Experience:** Personnel supervision, interaction with subcontractors, knowledge of construction materials and diverse installations, electrical installations, sanitary installations, hydraulic systems, fire protection systems, CCTV conduit installation, voice and data cabling, ambient sound systems, medium- and low-voltage installations, irrigation systems, air conditioning systems, etc. Project closeout, software such as Sinco and Diazar, construction processes, blueprint interpretation, and generation of work volume reports. **Skills:** Practical, ability to learn, customer-oriented, teamwork, proactive, leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with installation drawings; supervise and track construction progress; coordinate subcontractors (payments, invoices, etc.); supervise all types of installations in the field; ensure materials are used according to estimates and conform to purchase orders.
