Role Objective Lead comprehensive facility, maintenance, and construction management across multiple locations, ensuring continuous operations, cost control, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities * Supervise HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing maintenance. * Lead vendors and contractors (negotiation, scope definition, and cost management). * Manage maintenance budget and capital expenditures. * Implement preventive maintenance programs. * Respond to operational emergencies while minimizing impact on operations. * Support new openings and renovations. * Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Essential Requirements * +7 years in Facilities, Construction, or Building Operations. * Recent experience in hospitality, restaurants, or multi-unit environments. * Solid knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. * Experience managing budgets and vendors.
