Position Summary: We are seeking an Expenditure Analyst with experience in general accounting, review of operating expenses, bank reconciliations, and vendor follow-up to ensure proper payment flow. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in managing and recording payments via bank transfers and advances 2. Analysis of expenditures, operating expenses, and bank reconciliations 3. Vendor follow-up and preparation of expense reports We are looking for an EXPENDITURE ANALYST Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or Finance—completed or incomplete * Minimum required experience **EXPERIENCE IN:** Receiving, reviewing, recording, and processing transfer payments for each operator related to travel settlements, travel advances, accommodations, and other types of expenses, as well as managing the operational fund allocated to cover all the aforementioned expense categories. **Responsibilities:** \- Expenditure analysis. \- Operating expenses. \- Follow-up and review. \- Accounting entries and invoices. \- Bank reconciliations. \- Expense and payable reports (Excel). \- Vendor follow-up. \- Knowledge of general accounting. \- Reviewing cash counts from various operational bases.
