




WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXECUTIVE CHEF Position Objective To lead, coordinate and strengthen the company’s culinary operations, ensuring quality, flavor, cost control and operational efficiency through close leadership, clear work plans and constant follow-up at the Distribution Center (CEDIS) and branches. What Are We Looking for in You? An Executive Chef with operational vision and leadership skills, passionate about Mexican cuisine, grilling, meats and tacos, capable of elevating both the team and flavors to the highest level. Main Responsibilities Leadership and coordination of the kitchen team at the Distribution Center (CEDIS) and branches. Development, implementation and monitoring of work plans. Comprehensive supervision of kitchens to ensure: Food quality and flavor Proper presentation and standardization of recipes Cost control and reduction without compromising quality. Ongoing staff training in techniques, processes and best practices. Personnel management: leadership, organization and teamwork. Frequent visits to branches to ensure compliance with standards.
