Location: Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (degree completed). * Knowledge of and experience dealing with Notaries. * Experience in office administration. * Advanced service-oriented attitude. * Advanced punctuality and responsibility. * Advanced handling of confidential information. * Advanced administrative control. * Professional appearance. * Will work directly with the General Director and/or Operations Director. **Job Responsibilities** * Support in managing and supervising administrative activities. * Coordination of schedules and meeting arrangements. * Attention to internal and external clients. * Discreet handling of confidential information. * Organization of documentation and filing. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly salary: NEGOTIABLE * Permanent full-time employment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Collaborative work environment. * Additional benefits negotiable based on performance.
