Monitor audience interaction and flow in real time. **Check Azul Media** is seeking a **TikTok Live Moderator**, responsible for the proper execution and operational support during live broadcasts, ensuring a dynamic, organized, and sales-conversion-focused experience. We are looking for an agile, organized individual with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks in real time within a dynamic digital environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Live room preparation (setup, product and tool verification). * Opening and closing live broadcasts. * Pinning (anchoring) strategic products during the live broadcast. * Direct support to the host during the broadcast. * Substituting for the host as needed (on-camera coverage). * Continuous monitoring of the live broadcast (comments, interaction, and audience flow). * Coordinating product changes. * Reporting technical or operational issues. * Assisting with pre-broadcast testing and content organization. CANDIDATE PROFILE: * Organized, agile, and multitasking individual. * Proactive with the ability to react immediately. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of TikTok. * Prior experience in live broadcasts, e-commerce, or real-time customer service is desirable. * Confidence appearing on camera (desirable). WORK MODE: * 100% in-person work. * Schedule: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
