In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of electromechanical systems and equipment. Your expertise will ensure optimal operation of production lines, adherence to safety standards, and equipment reliability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a dynamic environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and implement process improvements. * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on industrial machinery. * **Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures**, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. * Carry out **improvements and adjustments** to machinery and equipment to optimize their operation and performance. * Support the **manufacturing of mechanical parts**, using lathes and milling machines according to drawings or requirements. * Participate in the **assembly, installation, and commissioning of industrial equipment**. * Conduct periodic inspections to ensure machinery remains in proper operating condition. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, complying with industrial safety standards. * Collaborate with the technical team to continuously improve maintenance processes and part manufacturing processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in industrial maintenance. * Proficiency in operating **lathes and milling machines**. * Experience in **equipment assembly and installation**. * Knowledge of **industrial electricity**, including both **control and power systems**. * Knowledge of **industrial mechanics**, focused on corrective and preventive maintenance. * Ability to diagnose and resolve failures. **Skills** * Experience working in manufacturing facilities with knowledge of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices. * Knowledge of hydraulic systems, HVAC/R systems, and use of measurement instruments. * Ability to read technical schematics and interpret mechanical or electrical diagrams. * Excellent customer service skills and ability to clearly communicate technical information. * Responsible, proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
