Interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals The primary objective of the **Electroencephalogram Technician** is to perform high-quality electroencephalographic examinations to support clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with central nervous system disorders at the medical services company. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strengths in electronics and medical technology to perform equipment maintenance and management, and possess the ability to work effectively in a team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform neurodiagnostic electroencephalographic examinations, assist in interpreting results, and collaborate in diagnosing conditions such as epilepsy, sleep disorders, and dementias, among others. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of electroencephalography equipment, ensuring optimal operational condition at all times. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and disinfection requirements to reduce the risk of cross-infections. * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate accurate diagnosis through electroencephalogram results. * Stay current with the latest medical innovations and technologies, as well as governmental recommendations, ensuring the medical services company complies with applicable regulations and standards. **Essential Skills for This Position:** * Graduate of a University-Level Higher Technician program in Electronics or related fields, preferably with experience in clinical laboratories. * Solid technical knowledge of neurophysiology and hands-on experience performing electroencephalograms. * Advanced analytical skills to interpret brainwave patterns and recognize abnormal results. * Leadership and teamwork abilities, effective communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration. * Flexibility, ability to work under pressure with a results-oriented focus and commitment to achieving objectives. * Knowledge of hygiene and disinfection requirements, as well as safety skills to minimize infection risks and ensure patient safety. * Proficiency in using specialized technology and tools, including software updates for equipment and maintaining optimal functionality. * Familiarity with state-imposed regulations and standards applicable to medical services companies. **We Offer:** * $12,000 net monthly * Statutory benefits * IMSS * 12 vacation days * 15-day year-end bonus * 25% vacation premium Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Relocation/Move Required: * Monterrey, N.L.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Experience: * Performing electroencephalographic examinations: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
