**Position Objective** Carry out administrative tax collection procedures in accordance with current tax legislation, ensuring compliance with official acts in adherence to the principles of legality, impartiality, and transparency. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Conduct tax enforcement actions such as notifications, payment demands, and asset seizures, in accordance with applicable legal procedures. * Prepare detailed official reports and other official documentation arising from enforcement actions carried out. * Verify taxpayers’ fiscal addresses and locate taxpayers. * Administer follow-up on outstanding tax credits in the portfolio. * Compile, safeguard, and update tax files. * Submit periodic reports to the immediate supervisor. * Comply with internal regulations, guidelines, and applicable legal provisions. **Required Profile** * **Education:** High school diploma. * **Desirable:** Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Administration, Accounting, or related field (degree certificate and professional license or candidate status, as per applicable regulations). * **Knowledge:** * Federal Tax Code and/or state or municipal tax legislation. * Administrative Enforcement Procedure (AEP). * **Experience:** Prior experience in similar roles within the public sector is desirable. * Basic proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office suite). * Availability for fieldwork. **Competencies** * Adherence to rules and procedures. * Administrative and legal writing skills. * Institutional interaction with citizens. * Organization and handling of confidential information. * Ethics and responsibility in the performance of public duties. **We Offer** * Salary: $10,000.00 + $2,000.00 monthly transportation support * Statutory and above-statutory benefits, as determined by the agency. * Institutional training. * Job stability. * Commission scheme after probationary period. **Application Process:** Interested candidates must send their curriculum vitae and supporting documents to jsanchez@activoliquido.com, indicating in the subject line *“Tax Enforcement Officer Vacancy.”* Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service Work Location: On-site employment
