At **Reforce Pharma**, a 100% digital company specializing in supplements for strengthening the immune system, we seek a strategic, creative, and results-oriented individual eager to grow within the e\-commerce environment. **If you enjoy following up with customers, driving repeat purchases, and working with clear goals, this opportunity is for you!** ─────────────── **Your Mission** Ensure a positive post-purchase experience and convert follow-ups into repeat purchases. **You will be responsible for managing a daily customer portfolio, assisting customers with product usage, and triggering reactivation when necessary.** ─────────────── **How Will Your Performance Be Measured?** * Customers converted per month (repeat purchase or reactivation). * Timely process follow-up. * Disciplined CRM registration. * Effective daily portfolio management. ─────────────── **Main Responsibilities** * Post-purchase follow-up via WhatsApp Business. * Guidance on activation and continued product usage. * Reactivation of inactive customers. * Logistics follow-up. * Management of delivery-related incidents. * Registration and tracking in CRM (Odoo). * Generation of basic reports in Excel or Google Sheets. * Coordinated work with Marketing, Sales, and Design teams. ─────────────── **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification (preferred) in: **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.** * 1–3 years of experience in customer service, after-sales support, or commercial follow-up. * Experience closing conversations via WhatsApp. * Experience working with conversion targets. * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Discipline in CRM usage. * Preferred experience in e\-commerce or recurring consumption models. * Interest in health and wellness sector (preferred).
