If you wish to further develop your career in E-commerce and/or Digital Marketing, this could be your opportunity—join us. ***Job Objective:*** Support the administration and optimization of the online store to increase traffic and sales, thereby strengthening market positioning in the online space, by managing the catalog and improving customer experience through metrics. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications and Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of mandatory experience in e-commerce and digital marketing. * Desired experience in online sales growth within B2C or B2B environments. * Ability to interpret sales reports from e-commerce platforms. * Data analysis using Google Analytics and Google Ads. * Proficiency in Excel (advanced–intermediate level). * Organized and detail-oriented work style. * SEO & SEM applied to e-commerce. * ERP/CRM system experience. * CMS experience (WordPress, Magento, Shopify, or custom platforms). ***Main Responsibilities:*** · Ongoing updates of landing pages, onsite content, and SEO. · Uploading discount codes, banners, and landing pages for peak business seasons. · Publishing and updating products. · Generating weekly sales reports by product category and location. · Executing and participating in active promotions across various platforms (execution and evaluation). · Traffic analysis (Analytics). · Optimizing listings (internal SEO). ***Soft Skills:*** * Results-driven mindset (KPI-focused). * Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Project organization and management. * Effective written and verbal communication skills. ***Work Location:*** Polanco (on-site) ***We Offer:*** · Base salary at 100% nominal value · Statutory benefits · Working hours: Monday to Friday Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
