




Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to perform data entry and updating, data registration, validation, database organization, and support in document digitization. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Data Entry Clerk** Location: Mexico City, Reforma Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day Home Office) Schedule: Monday to Friday **Main Responsibilities** * Enter and update information in internal systems. * Register data from physical and digital documents. * Perform basic validation of information prior to registration. * Organize and control databases. * Support document digitization. * Follow up on information corrections when necessary. * Meet delivery deadlines for data entry processes. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Relations or related fields. * 6 months to 2 years of experience in data entry or similar roles. * Basic Excel skills (data entry and organization). * High speed and accuracy in data entry. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to handle large volumes of information. * Responsibility and focus on task completion.
