A leading company in the cybersecurity sector is seeking a **"CYBERSECURITY TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE"** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, systems engineering, computing, or related field * 2 years of experience with cybersecurity tools or services * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory * Ability to work in teams, critical analysis skills, and attention to detail RESPONSIBILITIES: * Technical support on cybersecurity topics for users * Preparation of technical documentation and minutes for each installation * Generation of reports for each technical support case in the system * Training for customers on information security topics (virtual or in-person) * Installations and implementation (remote or in-person) WE OFFER: * Salary: $18,000 per month (net) * Statutory benefits Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM * Weekend on-call shifts (rotating) LOCATION: 5 minutes from the World Trade Center, Benito Juárez, Mexico City.
