Condesa \- Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Funeral Assistance Service Company, seeking your talent due to growth:** Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in a Contact Center (customer service or sales). * **Preferred experience in: Healthcare sector, insurance, assistance services, or funeral services.** Responsibilities: * **Customer service:** Receiving death reports with a high degree of empathy and activating coordination protocols with providers and operators. * **Logistics supervision:** Tracking and documenting in the system the status of ongoing services (transfers, procedures, wake rooms) until completion. * **Consultative sales:** Converting informational inquiries into closed sales of funeral assistance plans.
