Opportunity for consultative sales Funeral Assistance Service Company, seeking your talent due to growth: Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Contact Center (customer service or sales). Preferred experience in: Healthcare, insurance, assistance, or funeral services sectors. Responsibilities: Customer service: Receiving death reports with a high degree of empathy and activating coordination protocols with providers and operators. Logistics supervision: Tracking and documenting in the system the status of ongoing services (transfers, procedures, viewing rooms) until completion. Consultative sales: Converting informational inquiries into closed sales of funeral assistance plans. Work location: Col. Condesa (Chilpancingo Metro Station).
