Opportunity for consultative sales of assistance plans. **Funeral Assistance Services Company, seeking your talent due to growth:** **Profile:** Minimum 1 year of experience in Contact Centers (customer service or sales). Desirable experience in: Healthcare sector, insurance, assistance, or funeral services. **Responsibilities:** **Customer Service:** Receiving death reports with a high degree of empathy and activating coordination protocols with providers and operators. **Logistics Supervision:** Tracking and documenting in the system the status of ongoing services (transfers, procedures, wake rooms) until their completion. **Consultative Sales:** Converting informational inquiries into closed sales of funeral assistance plans. **Work Location:** Condesa neighborhood (Chilpancingo Metro Station). **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday (Fixed Day Off).
