This role involves managing orders, resolving customer requests, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with established service-level agreements. The position is **remote**, with office attendance required only during the **onboarding phase** and occasionally for **administrative matters or training sessions**. Responsibilities * Customer support via telephone, email, chat, and other digital channels. * Processing and tracking orders, contract orders, warranties, and quotations. * Providing customers with information regarding pricing, shipping dates, and order status. * Tracking orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery per established service levels. * Managing returns and material authorizations. * Logging and resolving customer complaints or incidents. * Updating customer information in CRM systems. * Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure optimal customer experience. Requirements * Advanced English (mandatory). * Intermediate French. * Minimum **3 years’ experience in customer service, customer support, or after-sales support**. * Experience in order management or customer follow-up. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Experience with **CRM (Salesforce or similar)** is desirable. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to solve problems and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
