Role Purpose: The CPFR Analyst role is responsible for leading collaborative planning with strategic customers to ensure sustainable business growth, proper execution of commercial plans, and alignment among demand, supply, and commercial strategy—acting as a key integration point between the customer and internal functions. Key Responsibilities: * Lead collaborative planning with customers in the Mexican market, ensuring an integrated view of demand, assortment, and commercial execution. * Develop and maintain joint growth plans with customers, aligned with the company’s commercial and operational objectives. * Actively participate in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes, providing key inputs related to demand, promotions, inventory, and market behavior. * Ensure proper execution of promotional and commercial plans, monitoring risks of stockouts or overstock. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service) to guarantee alignment of plans and decisions. * Drive operational efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that contribute to cost optimization and business performance. * Act as the technical reference for the CPFR process with customers and internal teams. Stakeholder Management: * Interact consistently with key internal areas to ensure comprehensive execution of strategy. * Maintain a collaborative relationship with customer teams involved in planning, procurement, assortment, and execution. * Facilitate data-driven strategic conversations for joint decision-making. Decision-Making Scope: * Define and validate demand assumptions for commercial and promotional plans. * Identify and mitigate operational risks that could impact commercial execution. * Prioritize improvement initiatives related to planning and execution. Key Competencies: * Analytical thinking and data orientation. * Business acumen and understanding of the retail environment. * Negotiation skills and ability to manage strategic conversations. * Ability to work in cross-functional, highly complex environments. * Clear, structured, and results-oriented communication.
