




Job Summary: We are seeking a technology support expert to provide specialized assistance to hospitality clients in the use and optimization of hotel distribution systems. Key Highlights: 1. We’re looking for a technology support expert to join our team!** Position Description You will provide **specialized technical assistance** to our clients (hotels) in the use and optimization of our **Hotel Distribution Systems**. Key Responsibilities * Customer service via **phone and ticket management**. * Resolution of inquiries/requests related to distribution and **hotel connectivity**. * **CRM** management and key account tracking. * Daily operational monitoring and management. Schedule and Conditions * **Workdays:** Monday to Saturday. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:30 hrs, and Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:30 hrs. * **Gross Monthly Salary:** **$25,500.00 MXN** * **Employment Type:** Statutory benefits. * **Mandatory Experience:** 1 year in HOSPITALITY, with focus on Reservations and Distribution Systems. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced knowledge of CHANNEL MANAGER and XML language.
