Position Objective Ensure accurate accounting consolidation and recording across multiple entities, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, financial accuracy, and strategic support for the platform’s growth. Responsibilities * Multi-entity financial statement consolidation * Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Tax compliance and support during external audits * Accounting recording of AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets * Coordination with hospital finance teams * Enhancement of internal controls and accounting processes * Accounting onboarding of new acquisitions Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance * +3 years in auditing (public accounting firm; Big Four preferred) * 2–3 years in corporate accounting * Experience in financial consolidation * Practical knowledge of IFRS / Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) * Experience with ERP and accounting systems * High level of attention to detail, structure, and autonomy We Offer * $30,000 gross monthly salary + benefits exceeding legal requirements * Project with impact in the healthcare sector * Growing company * Dynamic and collaborative environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
